I bought mine in Paperchase, they come in a little clear box but I think lots of stationers sell them.
try here They do mixed colours and plain ones.

Aaaah,just shows that theres bdsm and fetish products all around us!..the manufacturers just dont know it!....i bought a viscous pair of nipple clamps from a well known DIY store,originally intended to clip cables!...very cheap!
